You can easily book an appointment online through our website, or call us directly. We also accept walk-ins, but we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

We provide everything you need for your treatment, including robes, towels, disposable and slippers. If you’re receiving a massage or body treatment, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing.

We request 12 hours’ notice for cancellation. For cancellation or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, 100% of service fee will be charged. For your convenience, you can cancel your appointment via Email/Phone/Text during normal business hours. For group or event booking, the cancellation policy varies, please ask us about before booking. Note: If you call in sick the same day as your appointment, we will process 100% cancellation fee but refund 90% if someone one else takes your slot after cancellation. No exceptions please. Yes, we offer gift certificates for all our services. You can purchase them online or at the spa, and they make great gifts for friends and loved ones!

Any intoxicated person will be denied entrance into our facility. For health and safety reasons, any person under the influence is not permitted in therapy room, gym, sauna or steam rooms. Spa holds a No Tolerance policy against Under-age drinking and drunk behavior. Guests found in possession of outside alcohol or cannabis product will be immediately dismissed from the premises, without refund. No alcohol or cannabis products are to be brought on the property for any reason. Spa is a smoke-free and vape-free environment. Guests may use a designated smoking Area outside the building.
