 Gribha Vasti involves a similar procedure to Kati Vasti, but it focuses on the cervical region, which includes the neck and upper back. Warm medicated oil is held within the dam structure over this area to relieve neck stiffness, cervical spondylosis, ankylosing spondylitis, postural stiffness and related conditions.
